1. All Sales Are Final (No Returns / No Exchanges) At naughty global, all orders are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and dispatched.

Please review your order carefully, including product specifications, sizes, and color selections, prior to completing your purchase.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Fee Policy For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), any partial advance payment or advance shipping fee collected prior to dispatch is strictly non-refundable.

• If a COD order is refused, rejected upon delivery, or returned undelivered due to an incorrect address/unavailability, the advance shipping fee paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received In the rare event that you receive an item that is physically damaged or incorrect:

• You must notify our support team within 2 to 5 hours of delivery.

• Clear unboxing video proof showing the unopened package and shipping label prior to opening is required to process any claims for a replacement.

• Upon verification, if eligible, a replacement for the same product will be dispatched. Cash refunds will not be issued.
