Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time across India is 7 to 10 business days after processing.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics disruptions, regional holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

Plain Outer Packaging: All items are packed in plain, unbranded boxes or tamper-proof courier bags.
No Product Descriptions: There are no logos, brand identifiers, or product descriptions on the outside of the box or shipping label.
Complete Confidentiality: Shipping partners and delivery personnel have zero visibility into what is inside the package.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Charges

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, any partial advance payment or advance shipping fee collected prior to dispatch is strictly non-refundable.
If a COD order is refused, rejected upon delivery, or returned undelivered due to an incorrect address/unavailability, the advance shipping fee will be forfeited.

No Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy once an order is dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with a clear, unopened-to-opened unboxing video proof. Eligible claims will receive a replacement of the same product.
